Preview Mode

Preview Mode

Preview mode was created to help users see the kind of template they will be using, without launching a full-blown document. This gives you the opportunity to open several different documents so that you can choose the one that is right for the given purpose.

Below is a video and a step by step document on how to use Preview Mode.

Note:

Please read below to learn how to determine if you are in Preview mode.

While in Preview mode any of the changes made to the document will not be saved. After finding the appropriate document press close and click on the document name not "Preview". This will add the desired document to the folder and open it automatically for you to start making changes.

  1. Login to Teacher Vitae

  2. Click on "My Portfolio"

  1. Click on +Add Artifact. A list of documents will be displayed

Preview Mode launches when a user clicks "Preview" next to the desired document

You will know you are in Preview mode if the program doesn't let you name & date the document. The following screenshot will not open when previewing.

When the preview document opens the title bar says PREVIEWING: and there is not Save, Save and Close or Cancel buttons.

This screenshot is an example of an editable form not a Preview.
