Downloading and Publishing an Evaluation Form Template
To get started using forms, you need to download from our library of templates and publish a form so that it shows up in the Ad Hoc area (My Schedule -> +Add Evaluation) and/or Admin/Scheduling area (More -> Manage Evaluation Assignments). Silverback has published many types of evaluation, observation, and user artifact (self-authored form) templates, most of which are available to preview here.
