Downloading and publishing a user artifact template

Enabling users to create and edit artifacts according to a pre-defined template is a great way to ensure a standard format in key types of user artifacts submitted throughout your district. Silverback has published many types of evaluation, observation, and user artifact (self-authored form) templates, most of which are available to preview here.
