Display Evidence and Copy to Comments

Display Evidence and Copy to Comments

If Display Evidence is enabled for your form (it is for most Summative Evaluation types,) it adds a powerful widget below each Summative Question (component) that allows “one-click search” of Evaluator and Evaluatee artifacts based on a Question’s tags.  It also lets you Copy Note Taker notes into the Comments section for that component.

Note: The following instructions assume that you have already completed Summative Evaluations and that there is Evidence to be Displayed. It will retrieve evidence from both types of Summative Forms, Flat and Tabbed.
