When multiple administrators conduct Walkthroughs and Note Takers the evidence gathered needs to be shared with the summative evaluator to provide support and justification in their findings.
There are two main ways to accomplish this:
At the time of assigning the evaluation the district defines an evaluator and reviewers.
After Walkthrough or Note Taker evaluations are complete the evaluation needs to be shared with the summative evaluator.
Below are detailed instructions on how to share evidence. These instructions assume that you have already created forms (See Creating Evaluation Forms).
Assigning Evaluator and Reviewer.
This is best done by using Packages (See Teacher Vitae Packages). However, can also be done by adding an evaluation from Manage Evaluation Assignments (See Manage Evaluation Assignments). Both ways will accomplish the same thing and are completed basically in the same way.
Login to Teacher Vitae
Hover over More
Click Manage Evaluation Assignments
Click Manage Package Assignments
Click + Manage Package Assignments
Select Package
Review Package Information
Click Next
Assign Evaluators to each form.
If the administrator that is assigned to the summative evaluation is not the evaluator then they need to be a reviewer.

Click Next
Select the staff to be evaluated
Click Next
Review your Assignment Information
Click Submit
Now when the summative evaluation is being completed the evaluator will have all the evidence from all other evaluations.
Sharing evaluations after evaluations have been conducted and finalized.
Log into Teacher Vitae
Click on My Schedule
Click on My Finalized Documents
Find the evaluation you wish to share
Hover over More
Click Share
Choose the evaluator from the list.
Click Update
Now the evaluator will have access to that evaluations notes and justifications.
