Missing Students in EdHub

Missing Students in EdHub

All student accounts are created and updated by your district's Student Information System (SIS). If a student is not showing up in EdHub the first thing to check is that the student is correct in the SIS. EdHub relies on a minimum of four files from your SIS to be up to date and correct.

  1. Student File:

This file has the students and all the students demographics

  1. Student Course File

This file has a list of students and what courses they are enrolled in

  1. Teacher File

This file contains all the teachers in the district

  1. Teacher Course File

This file has all the courses the teachers are assigned to.

Together all these files are used to map and integrate Staff Students and Courses. If data is incorrect in any of these files a student or teacher could appear missing.

If the SIS is updated/correct -- please contact Support and provide the following information in the Support Ticket.

1. Student(s) full name

2. School name

3. Teacher Name
