Assign Professional Development/Courses in a Package

Assign Professional Development/Courses in a Package

  1. Login to Teacher Vitae

  2. Hover over More

  3. Manage Package Assignments

  1. Select the School Year

    1. This defaults to the current year

  2. Select the Organization

    1. Select the school

  3. Click +Manage Package

  1. Select a Package

    1. Click the dropdown arrow

    2. Select the Package from the list provided

  2. Click Next

  1. Select the Evaluator

    1. Click the dropdown arrow

    2. Select from list provided

  2. Select Reviewers (optional)

    1. Start typing in the blank field

    2. Select from the list that begins to populate

    3. This step is optional most districts don’t use this function

  3. Click Next

  1. Double check the Due Dates for the Courses included in the Package

  2. Click Next

 

  1. Select the Individuals

    1. Check the checkboxes of the staff members that you wish to assign the package

  2. Click Next

  1. Review the Package details before submitting.

  2. Click Submit
