  1. Login to Teacher Vitae

  2. Hover over More

  3. Manage Course Assignments

  1. Select the School Year

    1. This defaults to the current year

  2. Select the Organization

    1. Select the school

  3. Click +Add Course Assignment

  1. Select School Year

    1. Click the dropdown arrow

    2. Select from the list provided

  1. Select the Course

    1. Click the dropdown arrow 

    2. Select from the list provided

  1. Set the Due Date

    1. Use the Calendar Icon

OR

    1. Type the date in the field

  1. Click Next

  1. Select Organizational Unit

    1. Click the dropdown arrow

    2. Select school from list provided

  1. Select the Individuals

    1. Click the checkbox next to the staff to assign the course

  2. Click Next

  1. This is a summary of what you are about to assign

  2. Click Submit
