Adding Danielson 2013 Evaluation Forms to a Package

Adding Danielson 2013 Forms to a Package in EdFolio



  1. Login to EdFolio

  2. Click on the More drop down and select Admin.


  1. From the Admin backstage you will select, Manage Forms, check the box to display templates that are found in EdFolio.  Find the Teacher Evaluation (Danielson Framework 2013) and click on Copy.  This will copy the form from our template library and put it in your forms for you to review and publish.




  1.  After copying the form, uncheck the Display Templates box, to take you back to the forms in your library.  Find the Teacher Evaluation 2013 form, select View to confirm it is correct, then Publish.  Once the form is published you will be able to grab that form and add it to an Evaluation Package.  




Once the 2013 forms have been published you will go in remove the Danielson 2007 forms and replace them with the Danielson 2013 version in your packages which you will assign.


If you do not have have packages built then you will add the 2013 Danielson form to your evaluation package.


To edit forms in a package:

Click on the More dropdown menu and select Admin


Then select Manage Packages, find the package you want to edit and click on Edit


Once you are in the Edit forms window you will click on Delete to remove the forms you want to change in the package and then click on Add Form to add newly published forms to this package.


Once form edits are made by deleting then you will click on Add Form to select the forms to add/replace into your evaluation package.



Once form edits have been made then you can assign the package to desired staff.  We have online video and screen shot guides to navigate you through that process as well.
