Adding New Template for Interventions or Plans

You will need to be a Mileposts Administrator to do this task.

1. Go to Admin > Mileposts Setup > District Setup > Templates
 

 

2. To add a new folder, right click on Templates > New Folder > Add Folder Name and save


3. To add a new template in an existing folder, right click on folder


Templates can be customized to fit the district needs. There is a Table Wizard to create the template or Word docs can be copied and pasted into the template. *Note – Black text works best in templates.

There are several table styles to choose from or create your own layout in Table Properties.



5. If you are copying and pasting a doc from Word > Paste from Word (click on the icon) – make sure you are in the Design tab


To add a check box within your Word Doc, click on the icon and this inserts the check box directly into the document:

 




6. Click Save. The template will now be available when you are creating a new intervention or plan or adding the template within an existing one.
