Adding Probe Data to a Progress Monitor

How to Access Existing Progress Monitors

There are two ways to access an existing progress monitor to modify it.


To modify a group progress monitor - click on Group Progress Monitors from the home screen.


OR


Click on RTI from the home screen and then click on Progress Monitors Groups.

To modify an individual progress monitor, click on RTI from the home screen and then click on Progress Monitors.


Adding Probe Data to a Group Progress Monitor 

From the Progress Monitor Groups page, find the group progress monitor you want to modify, in the Actions column to the right of the screen, click the Probe Data Group action.


Select the probe date that you would like to enter data for. NOTE: it will default to the first date which has data due for entry.  You can change the date by using the Next and Previous buttons. Enter the scores and any comments for each student.  Click Save.


To view the probe results, from the Progress Monitor Groups page, find your group and then click on the View PM Group Results action.



This chart will show you the trend lines for each member in the group.



The report tab will show the detailed data.




Adding Probe Data to an Individual Progress Monitor 

From the Progress Monitors page, find the progress monitor you want to modify, in the Actions column to the right of the screen, click Edit Probe Data.



Enter the scores for each date and then click Save.



To view the probe results, from the Progress Monitors page, find the progress monitor and then click on the View Results action.



The chart will show you the individual student results.



Notice, you can add change lines here as well, see the article on adding change lines for details.


The report tab will show the detailed data.
