How to download MT SMARTER Balanced data file
2. Click on Online Reporting System.
3. Click on Score Reports.
4. Click the Test Management drop down and choose Retrieve Student Results.
5. Select Smarter Summative Test, choose school year, All Grades, All Schools, AND make sure you select download format CSV. And click “Download Roster”. Once the file has been created you will see it below in your “My Inbox”. Click on the download link.
A zipped folder will be downloaded, inside is a file for each grade level. Make sure they are saved as csv files or you will need to save each excel file as a csv file before uploading them individually using AAI.
Note: You can NOT upload the entire zipped folder into EdHub, each csv file will need to be loaded one at a time.
