Testing Accommodations SBAC and TIDE Updates for 2022-23

SBAC Updates

Most of the tool names and options for testing accommodations in TIDE changed this year.  So we created a new Smarter Balance testing set (Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium 2022).  The previous year (Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium 2021) is still available for reference only. Links to the Idaho Reference Portal SBAC and TIDE guidance are listed below.

Note:  

These resources are on the Idaho State Registration Website.  These documents apply to any district using SBAC or TIDE accommodations.  Included in this document are the specific changes from the above links for your convenience.


Permission Needed:

To make these changes in EdHub the user must have access to the securable “Student Testing Requirements”.  Generally, the Group of “School Principal” has this permission.

 

Updating Student Testing Accommodations:

1. Navigate to the Students eFile, Student Info tab.

2. Click Testing Guidelines.

3. Click Modify 

4. Add the Testing Accommodations for this student.



5. Click Save.

Do this for the remaining students.
