Manually Entering Student Assessment Results

 

From the EdHub Homepage:

  1. Click on the Assessments tab.

  2. Click on Assessment Data Entry.

You will have the option to enter data for an entire class or an individual student.


How to enter assessment data for an entire class:

You will be directed to the page that has testing sessions open for data entry. 

Find the assessment you would like to enter data for click on Class Data Entry.

  1. Select the school.

  2. Select the class. 

*Confirm the assessment you selected is correct.

  1.  Click Continue.

*IMPORTANT NOTE*:  As you enter data in the final field of this page make sure you tab out of that entry field to ensure that the autosave takes place.  If you just close out after entering the data without leaving that field the last data entry will not be saved automatically.  

 

How to enter data for an individual student:

 

  1. Once you are in class view, enter data for that student on their identified row or use the Student Search tool.

  2. Click within the data entry fields to enter data. 

  3. When you are finished, select Close.  

  4. Note:  Remember to exit out of each field for the autosave feature to save the entered data.  

This student will now have test results entered and visible in reports.

 

NOTE:  If the Test Session you want is not listed or available please check with your EdHub District Administrator as they have the ability to add those assessments for data entry.
