AIMSweb Data Retrieval

AIMSweb Data Export

1. Log into the AIMSweb site, click Data Exports

2. Name your file “AIMSweb (school year) (session), AIMSweb 2015-16 Fall

      a. Click Add All, to add all schools to data file

      b. Click Student, Teacher, Class and score Data

      c. Click Export All student demographics

      d. Select ONLY ONE school year

      e. Click on Export all periods

      f. Click on Select All National Percentiles

      g. Click Select All ROIs

      h. Click on Select All SGP’s

      i. Click Export

3. The request is now in the queue to be created. Once completed you will have a download link under Action.

4. Click on the link to download the new data file to your computer. Open the file, make sure it has the student last name, first name, ID’s and the data you are expecting.

5. If all the information is correct, make sure your file is named correctly and saved as a csv file.

      Example: AIMSweb 2015-16 Fall.csv

6. You are now ready to load your data file in EdHub using the Automated Assessment Importer (AAI). If you have any questions or need help with AAI please open a support ticket.
