ISAT 2 Data Retrieval

1. Login to the ISEE portal with your administrator login that has ADEA access and click on the Assessment Data Export Application link.

DO NOT use this method to export data files for WIDA ACCESS, SAT or ACT. These are summary files and do not contain the complete data set.

You may use this tool to download data for all ISAT and IRI data files.

2. Click on Assessments Extract By District

3. Select the year and IRI and click on Export

4. You will get a csv file with both Fall and Winter scores. You MUST filter out the scores you don’t want before importing into EdHub. The data file you import should ONLY have Fall or Spring but NOT both.

5. After you have Fall or Spring data only, save it as a csv file and you are ready to load the file in EdHub using AAI.

If you have downloaded ISAT data files, no changes or modifications are needed, just make sure you select the (from ADEA) import when using AAI to import your data file in EdHUb.
