ADDING NEW STUDENTS TO AN EXISTING CLASS WHEN STUDENT HAS AN ACCOUNT

  1. From your home page, select the class to which you want to add the student.

  2. Select the Class Details tab at the top of the page, and then click on Add/Remove Students directly above the current class roster.

  3. A pop-up will appear with all the students eligible to put in the class.  There is a drop down near the top of the pop-up that will allow you to choose students from the class, other students in your classes, or student in the school. Choose the drop down that will give you access to the student you need to add.

  4. Highlight the student you wish to add, click on add, and save.

  5. Review the information to be sure the student has been added and print the new student roster if necessary.
