How to Use edifyAssess Reports

All reports are ready to use after an assessment is given. Using the Edify Reports will help run a real PLC based on data and create the conversations to use the data to drive instruction:

  1. What is the data telling you?

  3. How would you use this data to drive instruction?

These data can be analyzed using the demographic filters on the left-hand side of the report or by downloading data into Excel. Class Summary - Score Distribution

Provides administrators and teachers the ability to analyze class performance on a particular assessment as represented in a histogram. Administrators have the ability to analyze performance for any grade and subject. Individual student performance is accessible by clicking on the color bar in the histogram. Reports can be printed for the entire class and student performance by tiers.

edifyStat

edifyStat™ provides results of a classical item and test analysis for multiple choice tests. The primary purpose of the analysis is to identify items on a test that are not contributing to the reliability of a test. edifyStat™ surfaces poorly functioning items when they are too easy or too difficult for the tested population or when they do not discriminate sufficiently between high performers and low performers.

Longitudinal Analysis

Follow cohorts of student groups over time. Analyze group trends for planning strategic improvement.
