This feature allows the current OWNER of the intervention to “Transfer” ownership to another user. The possible users that ownership can be transferred to is filtered down to those that currently have scope to the student in question.
There are two ways to access an existing intervention to modify it.
To modify a group intervention - click on Group Interventions from the home screen.
OR
Click on RTI from the home screen and then click on Group Interventions.
To modify an individual intervention, click on RTI from the home screen and then click on Interventions. (Note: you can also access an individual intervention from the student e-file.)
Find the Group Intervention you want to transition. Select Transfer Ownership from the Actions column.
Select the new owner (you can start typing their name and it will filter down), click to notify the new owner and then click on Transfer Ownership.
This will transfer ownership of the Intervention to the new owner and notify them of the transfer. This Group Intervention will no longer appear in your list of Group Interventions.
Search for the student you want to transfer - click on the student name to enter the e-file.
Click on the Educational Support tab within the e-file. Find the plan that contains the intervention you wish to transfer and click on the Plan School Year.
Once in the plan, scroll down to the Plan Interventions / Accommodations section.
Find the intervention you want to transfer. In the Action column select Transfer Ownership from the drop down.
Select the new owner (you can start typing their name and it will filter down), click to notify the new owner and then click on Transfer Ownership.
This will transfer ownership of the Intervention to the new owner and notify them of the transfer. This Intervention will still show in the plan, but it will show the new owner.
