Tagging Edify Assess Users

Tagging Edify Assess Users

Mileposts users are identified as Edify users by tagging those users and identifying which Edify role(s) the users will have when they log into Edify.

The Mileposts administrator will manage this process in the Mileposts Admin application.

From the Mileposts home page click on the Admin tab, under Users click on the User Tags link.

You have 3 groups users will fall into, Edify TeacherEdify District Administrator, and Edify School Administrator. Click on the Users with Tag for one of those three roles. This will bring up the following dialog.

The dialog above will list all of the users that are currently tagged in the specified role. In this case you are looking at the Edify Teacher role. If you need to add more users to this role click on the Add Tag to User(s) link in the grid header. This will bring up the following dialog.

Select the users that you want to tag and then click the Save link in the upper left corner of the dialog.

Hint: If you need to tag all users in a certain Mileposts group such as the teachers group you can filter on the Teacher group and then click on the checkbox in the header to select all of the records and then click Save.
