Student Transfer File


Purpose: You can generate a .pdf file that contains ALL information Mileposts has on a student. This will allow districts to provide this information to the receiving district when a student transfers from one Mileposts district to another.


  1.  From the Mileposts homepage click on Student Search

  2. In the Search Table type in the student’s first or last name

  3. Click on the arrow to search for the student

  4. When the search results come up click on the desired student’s last name to go to their Student e-file

Once in the Student e-file you can generate the Student Transfer file from any of the tab components of the file by clicking on the blue link



You can print the entire file and email or attach to the new e-file.
