Publishing Teacher Vitae Form
After a form has been created it must be published to make it accessible. The following instruction will walk you through the process of publishing a form.
Login to Teacher Vitae
Navigate to the Form Builder tool (See How to Access From Builder)
Open or Create the form you wish to publish (See Creating Evaluation Form)
Double check that the form is complete and to your satisfaction
Under the Properties tab notice that Published is not checked and can not be checked.
Click Save and Close
In the Action Column click Publish
Review Form Summary
Click Confirm
Notice that the form now has a Published date in the table
