Program Permissions

Program Permissions

There are several things to keep in mind when evaluating access to programs in EdHub.

1. What is the program participation tracking mode?

     A. Summary: These are programs that are synced with the district SIS system and NOT managed within EdHub.

     B. Detailed:  These are programs that rely on the management of student participation within EdHub.

2. Which program-related reports do you and your staff want to use?

3. If you're interested in using the program participation report then the user needs to have one of the following permissions:

    A. District Program Administrator (this is the primary override permission, allowing access to ALL programs and participation)

    B. Be listed in the Programs school staff
