Parent Portal User Forgets Password
Parent Portal User Forgets Password
A parent has forgotten their password
This is likely the most common problem districts will encounter. The portal does have a self-service forgot password link that should work if the user has provided a correct and valid email address and they have not forgotten their username. If that is not working the district can reset their password using the following procedure.
Login to Mileposts
Click Admin
Click Family Management
Click Manage Guardians List
Find Guardian
Click Edit Pencil
Click Portal Access
Change and Confirm New Password
