Move a Progress Monitor From One Plan To Another

Move a Progress Monitor From One Plan To Another

Often a progress monitor is created in the General Ed Support section of the Educational Support tab of a student's e-file. If the student does not progress as expected, a teacher may decide to build an additional plan - such as a Mileposts or RtI Plan. When this is the case, the current progress monitor should be moved to the new plan (as long as the Progress Monitor building block is enabled for that plan type).

To move an existing progress monitor:

  1. Login to Mileposts, click on the RTI Menu.

  2. Then click on Progress Monitors.

  1. Find the student and select the Edit Progress Monitor option from the Actions column.

  1. Click the Plan drop down menu to select the plan you would like to transfer the Progress Monitor to.

  2. Click Next.

  1. Click Next through the probe data and then click Finish.

Important note:  In order to save this change, you must click 'Next' at the top of the screen until you come to the 'Finish'. Once you have clicked 'Finish', the progress monitor will have been moved to the new plan.
