The following instructions are used to easily view the progress of the school district, the school, and the evaluator in the staff evaluation process.


  1. Login to Teacher Vitae 

  2. Click Reports


  1. Click Evaluation Progress


  1. Choose Year

  2. Choose Period or Combine all the Periods


  1. The bar graphs Y axis shows all of the evaluations that have been assigned and the X axis shows the district progress.


In the following pictures, notice that hovering over the bar graph gives you useful information.





Click the bar to drill down.



  1. Drill down to view the evaluation progress by school level.



  1. Drilling down and clicking the bar again shows the evaluation progress at the staff member level.



  1. From this screen you can:

    1. Filter by:

      1. Evaluation Name

      2. Evaluator

      3. Evaluatee

      4. Due Date

    2. View Status

    3. View the Evaluation

    4. Print the Evaluation
