How to Modify an Assessment in edifyAssess

Modifying Assessments

Once you have an assessment created, it can be modified for students in your class, students with an IEP, 504, or ELP.

  1. Click on the assessment you wish to modify. This will take you to assessment details.

2.    Click on modify and it will ask you:

“Modifying a test will create a new version of this test that has a maximum of three answer choices for each Selected Response item on the test.”
“Are you sure you want to modify this test?”

Check OK: Modified test has been created successfully.

Check OK again and a new ID and name will show.

Note: The assessment name can be changed by clicking on “edit”.

3.Assign to the specific students who will take the modified assessment. They will have a different assessment code.

Note:  Please let your students know in a discreet and confidential manner
