How to Copy a Test in edifyAssess
Log into Edify And select a class.
Go to the Author Content tab in the blue banner at the top of the page
Click on the Assessments tab and select My Assessment from the drop-down.
Choose the Assessment you would like to copy.
Click the Preview icon on the right side of the page to load the assessment
The test will display, click Copy test
It will ask -Are you sure you want to copy this test?
Click OK - A copy of the test has been created
Click on the blue edit link in Assessment Details
Edit what is needed in the assessment.
Give it a new name in the Assessment Details.
When all edits are complete, Select “Approved” from the Status Drop-down and Publish the assessment.
HELPFUL HINTS:
This is how to use the same assessment for a pre-test and post-test.
Once you have an assessment created this is a great way to edit based on data and have it ready for the next trimester, semester, or school year.
