Forms Builder Reference Guide
Form building is integral to a district's organized employee evaluation and portfolio process. The Forms Builder is the design studio for constructing Evaluation and Walkthrough templates and user Artifact templates. The Forms Builder also controls the capabilities of when & how to assign forms and get digital signatures from Evaluators, Evaluatees, and/or Reviewers.
