Finding an attachment on your help ticket

We often attach files when resolving tickets in our help system.
To find the file that we provided to you, first enter the My Area of the Help and Support Site by clicking on the My Area in the upper right hand corner.


Next find the ticket, you may need to look in the Closed or On Hold tabs to find the ticket.
Then click on the Ticket Name:


Then scroll down the screen and on the right hand side you should see the attachment at the bottom.
