Updated Help / Support: We have updated our Help / Support section. We have moved to a new source for our ticketing system ZOHO Desk. This was done to accommodate easier and faster reference of training and support materials and faster response and resolutions to ticket submissions. Many of you probably saw this change toward the end of last school year and have experienced better results.
New Step by Step Documentation: We have worked over the Summer updating, improving and bringing consistency to our Support Documentation. The documentation is created to help you step through any procedure for instant resolution so that you do not have to submit a ticket and wait for a response.
New Training Videos: We have also spent time this Summer creating specific Video Trainings. These videos were created with the intention of being used as refresher courses or courses to provide detailed use cases and examples of how and why to use the product to new employees.
