Exporting Users to Edify Assess

The exporting of information to Edify is automated to run every night around 3:30 am. If you need to run this job to send Edify Learning a new file right now your district Mileposts Administrator may do that at any time.


The District Mileposts Administrator will go to the Mileposts Admin home page and click on the Job Queue link under the Job Manager heading. This will take them to the nightly job listing where they will see one named Edify Roster Export as shown below.




To run a job right now you simply click on the Run Now link. This will launch the following dialog where the user will click the Run Job link.





Which will display the results of the job as shown in the following screen shot.



The new export has been sent to Edify Learning but they will not import the file until their next regularly scheduled window. If you need them to do an import right now you will need to call and let them know that you have just sent a new file. Their support number is 408-654-7900.
