Creating a Learning Plan

Learning Plans in EdHub

We have several different types of plans in EdHub: General Educational Support, IEP, 504, Literacy Plans, Graduation and many more. Districts can also create their own custom plans as well.  In EdHub you can create an individual learning plan(s) for a student.  Some districts may choose to document more than one plan for a student in their Student e-File. The steps below will walk you through creating a plan for a student.

Creating a General Educational Support Plan in EdHub

First, find the student you want to create a plan for.

  1. Click on the student search link in the upper right hand corner.

  2. Enter the student name in the search field and then click the small arrow to search.

  3. Click on the student name to enter their e-file.

  1.  Click on the Educational Support tab within the e-file.

  3. You will then be directed to the student’s added General Education Plan.
