To create a growth report, go to the Admin Console by clicking the Admin tab.
Click on “Testing and Assessment Setup” under Mileposts Setup.
Click on “Assessment Reports”
Click on “Assessment Reports”
Click on “Add new Report”
Choose “Class Level Longitudinal Report” and Click “Next”
Choose the Assessment you want to create the growth report for and Click Next.
Give your report a Name and Title, make sure and keep the “Active” checkbox clicked. The number of Sessions is how many test versions back the report will show. Below shows that I will show the past 3 sessions of the report. Click Next when done.
Add a detailed description of your report (optional). Click Next.
Choose your Report Columns. NOTE: we will automatically show the Students First and Last Name and Student ID number so you do not need to select those. Click on the column on the left and then click the small blue arrow to move it to the “Report Columns”. NOTE: for measures that you want to show growth on please check the “Show growth for this measure” checkbox.
When finished adding measures click the Next button.
Then Click Finish.
Now, you must add the Report to the Reports Page.
Click on “Reporting Setup”
Click on “Assessment Report Collections”
Click on “Report Collection Items” for the “District Class Reports”
Click on “Add new Report Collection Item”
Select the Report and Enter a Name. Click Save.
Now, go back to the Mileposts Home Page and Click on Reports.
Your new report will be available in the center column under District Assessments.
Click on your new report. Choose a class if needed. Your report will now show the students and the test scores along with the growth metrics.
