Create a Custom Class List

Create a Custom Class List

It can be helpful to create a custom class list that groups together a small set of students for interventions, progress monitors or reporting.  At the secondary level, it can be useful to combine multiple classes into a single class list for reporting purposes as well.

To create a custom class list, from the home screen click on Classes and then Create Custom Class List.

Select the Class List that you would like to select students from in the drop down list.  Note, all your class lists will be shown here, custom classes, intervention lists, and classes from your Student Information System (SIS).

Select students you want to add to the custom class list by clicking on the small checkboxes next to their name.

Click Create Class when you are ready to create the custom class.

Name your custom class list.  Click the Exportable box if you want this list to be exported to edifyAssess if you also leverage edifyAssess.

Click Save to save your list.

Your custom class now shows in the drop down list.  Select it to see the students in this class list.

This class list will now be a selectable list for viewing a report or creating a group intervention or group progress monitor.
