Copy a Plan

Copy a Plan

This feature is intended to provide the ability to create a single ‘parent’ plan for a student that has all of the boilerplate information in it and then to copy that plan to any number of other students. This allows the user to start multiple students on a plan that begins with the same data.

Enter the student e-file of the student you want to copy the plan from.

Click on the student search link in the upper right hand corner. Enter the student name in the search field and then click the small arrow to search.

Click on the student name to enter their e-file.

Click on the Educational Support tab within the e-file.  Find the plan you want to copy and enter the plan by clicking on the School Year (or Plan Name for some plans).

Click on Copy Plan from the Plan Actions.

Choose the student(s) you wish to copy the plan to and click Quick copy plan. You will see the word SUCCESS under Copy Status when the plan has been copied.
