Bulk Close Plans
NOTES ON THE FEATURE:
The “Bulk Close Plan” option is only available for plans that are identified as an “annual” plan but do not have an “Outcome” section in the plan. The General Educational Support plan is this type. Only administrators will have the option to Bulk Close Plans.
This feature is set to only be available after May 1 of each school year.
If a plan in Mileposts has an “Outcome” section of the plan then this feature is not available for that plan type as an outcome evaluation would be necessary for each plan.
Click on Reports and then click on Plans by School Summary in the far right column.
This report shows all plans by school. Notice that for General Educational Support Plans you have a Bulk Plan Close Option. Click on the Bulk Plan Close link to bulk close all those plans.
Select the End Date on the General tab.
Click on the Details tab. This tab lets you know how many plans, how many are open, how many interventions, open interventions, progress monitors and open progress monitors. Click Save to bulk close all plans.
