Building a Multi-Assessment report

Building a Multi-Assessment report

Building a Multi-assessment Report (NOTE: This report is created in the Backstage of Mileposts by Domain Master. This requires the Set-up, as well as adding this new report to the Report Collections - see below these initial set-up steps.)

To create a growth report, go to the Admin Console by clicking the Admin tab.

Click on “Testing and Assessment Setup” under Mileposts Setup.

Click on “Assessment Reports”

Click on “Assessment Reports”

Click on “Add new Report”

Choose Class Level Multi Assessment Report.  Click Next.

Choose your assessments on the following screen.  Click Next.

Name your Report and Give it a Title.  Click Next.

Click Next through step 4.

Add the columns you want to see in your report in Step 5. NOTE: Student Name and ID number will automatically be shown.  You can rename your column headers as well. Highlight the field, click the blue arrow to move it over to the Report Columns.   For each field, type in the title you want for the column header on the report.   The more columns you add, the wider the report.   (Our suggestion is to start small and add if needed.)   Click Next.

Click Finish to finish the report.

Don’t forget to add this new report to the Assessment Report Collections.

From the Admin Console - select Testing and Assessment Setup → Assessment Reports → Assessment Report Collections.

Find District Class Reports, click on Report Collection Items.

Select your report, enter link text for the report and click Save.

Once the report has been added, you can move the report to the correct spot in the drop downs by dragging and dropping the report with the handle on the far left (looks like a 2x3 matrix of dots).
