Assigning Assessments in edifyAssess

1.    Click on the Assessments Menu

2.    In the Assessment Name input field type in the code number for the assessment you want to assign


3.    Click Search

4.    Select the Assessment by clicking on the name

5.   In the Assessment Details, click Assign



6.  Assign the assessment by selecting “Assign to Students” in the Assign/Make Available To selection for the school you would like to assign it to.  NOTE: if you set it at the district level all schools will inherit the assessment.  If you select a school, only that school will.  TIP: wait for the screen to refresh.  

7.  Input the start and end dates, you need to do this for each school.

8.  Complete the Courses & Access Settings for the assessment



9.  In the Online Settings, click on the “Password is required for a student to start this assessment” under the Security Settings.

10.  Enter the test code in as the student password

11. Click Save
