Assessment Analysis Report
With administrative rights in Mileposts the Assessment Analysis Report allows you to disaggregate data within an assessment and compare the data either by school, grade level, or class roster.
From the Mileposts homepage click on the Reports tab, then on the far right under Analysis click on Assessment Analysis Report.
Then define the parameters of the assessment: select an assessment, testing session, & the measure. You can also drill down with some deeper filters if you choose. When you are finished, select Apply Filters.
Note: If you hover over the data sets the analytics of that section of the report will appear.
To view the students embedded within each color band of the report you will need to right click on the section of the report you would like to view.
By selecting Show Students in the reporting options you will now be directed to the analysis section of the report that identifies the individual students within the query.
