Protocol for End of Year- Administrators

Principals can easily check by:

1.  Going to the Reports tab to see the number of plans and/or interventions still open.

2. Then, on the far right hand side of the Reports page, District and School Reports will be displayed as seen below.  Click on one of the links to see the tabular report.

From this report you can see which interventions or plans are still open in your building.

Click on the number that identifies how many open interventions you have.

This will show you a report to see which interventions are still open and who is the original creator and/or owner of the intervention or plan.

Click the magnifying glass to give you a pop up with the information for the selected student.

Where do we find the time?

• Many districts have found it helpful to hold a couple staff meetings in a computer lab or in a room where staff can bring their own device to work on closing out educational support documentation in EdHub.  This structured and reserved time frame helps with completing this necessary reflection of student achievement and closing out documentation in EdHub.

• Other districts have reserved part of their early release or professional development time for this essential work.

• Some teams have found it helpful to work together to support their colleagues and share ideas on the process.
